Join us Sunday for Yoga and Nirdra+Sound+Community classes upstairs at the First National Ice Haus.

Yoga 11am: The class is a mix of active and passive movement, encouraging students to become aware of the sensation in the body.

Nirdra+Sound+Community 5pm : The class is a healing practice in which you hover in liminal space, allowing the body to be relaxed while the mind is tranquil yet alert. Coupled with a sound bath, this is a beautiful way to reset and recharge.
