This charming new Hill Country home is on an exquisite private stretch of Bandera Creek with pools, falls and hammocks to create the perfect atmosphere for total relaxation and privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and the grounds are a treasure of well thought out landscaping adding a graceful feeling to the surroundings. Wildlife abounds here in this country setting on ten acres and yet you are just two miles from the shops, restaurants and attractions of Bandera.

The downstairs flows from a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops into the large cheerful dining room and a comfortable living room with fireplace. Beyond the living room is the large Master bedroom with a Queen bed. The bath has double vanities, a tub and a separate shower. French doors lead from the bedroom to the deck with multiple seating areas and lush plants. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two twin day beds and the second with a Queen bed and a bath with a tub shower combo. The loft overlooks the living room giving the house an open airiness.

Outside are meandering walkways, sitting areas, a large patio with a fire pit with additional seating and a graduated walkway down to a park like setting by the crystal clear water of Bandera Creek.
Amenities include central air and heat, ceiling fans, TV with DVD in the day bed bedroom upstairs, WiFi, washer and dryer, fire pit and a charcoal grill. All bed and bath linens supplied. Water’s Edge welcomes children and your well behaved dog. No telephone but excellent AT&T cell service.
