Since 1941, this building has operated as Stein's of Bandera, featuring western wear clothing, hats and boots. This was the first store in Bandera to carry Levi jeans.
Built in 1910 by Henry and Tom Stevens as a feed store and later was the B.F. Langford and Son Hardware Store. The Langfords also operated Bandera's first undertaker here. The original sign read "B.F. Langford & Son, Hardware & Furniture, Undertakers Supplies".
