Summit House is an elegant Hill Country treasure, beautifully appointed and offering all the creature comforts for a great family getaway. The home has a very open flow starting from the formal dining room and bar into a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. A smaller dining area is adjacent to the living area with back to back fireplaces into the game and billiards room which in turn opens onto the patio, fire pit, and pool. The Master suite with a King bed, fireplace, bath with a large tub and a massive walk in shower and separate patio complete the downstairs area. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms each with King beds, a TV/entertainment area and two full baths.

The house sits high on a hill overlooking the valley and of course wildlife abounds. A quick walk will take you to the dock and a spectacular spring fed creek which offers paddleboats, swimming and excellent catch and release fishing. Hiiking is another great activity on the ranch.

Amenities include five satellite flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, three and a half baths, DVD player and music system, fully equipped kitchen, central air and heat, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, covered parking, and all bed and bath linens supplied.
