This location now operates as the LeatherBank and the Fickle Pickles. For many years, it was known as ShoeBiz and The Trading Post. Built in 1873 of native stone for E. Huffmeyer & brother, by B.F. Langford, Sr., contractor. Used over 30 years by W.J. Davenport, Sr., as general store. Damaged by fire in 1936. Restored and remodeled by Thomas F. Boyle.
