This guesthouse has it all! Location right in downtown Bandera where you can walk to everything, sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests.The kitchen has all commercial appliances: a four burner gas range top and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and under counter freezer. A crock pot, toaster, coffee maker and dishes and glasses to serve 20 are supplied. Ample dining areas include seating for six in the breakfast nook, four at the island and another six at the dining table. The living room flows from there which features a large flat screen cable TV. A full bath with shower is located off the living room as well as the washer and dryer in an alcove. The first bedroom has seven built in twin beds, each with a reading lamp. The adjoining full bath has a shower. The second bedroom has a double pull out bed and a second double bed in the loft, again with a full bath with shower. The Master bedroom has a king bed, computer work area and that full bath has a tub/shower combo. Two computer tables are available in the living room as well with WiFi available throughout the house.A deck featuring a gas fire pit with seating for 12, a charcoal grill and two large picnic tables. Staircase leads from the deck to the Medina River. Other amenities include central air and heat, a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off, ceiling fans, a game/book library, excellent cell service and all bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. There is also a fenced pull in area for motorcycles. Pets are welcome!
