Spectacular views and sunsets await you at this beautiful secluded home set high against a mountain side on 16 acres conveniently located between Boerne and Bandera. The numerous glass doors throughout the house allow the light to pour inside offering constant views of the mountainous terrain. The expansive deck leads down to a large fenced yard, smoker and grill, fire pit and hot tub. Enjoy stargazing while soaking in the hot tub after a day hiking the property. Then finish the evening sharing stories and smores around the fire pit. The house has all the creature comforts you could desire. It is furnished beautifully and the Saltillo tile floors and beaded pine ceilings add country ambiance to the setting. The cozy living room with satellite TV with Roku and DVD player, a Queen sleeper sofa, telescope and a desk flows into the dining area, bar table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a half bath and a huge pantry off the kitchen. The bedroom offers a Queen bed and satellite TV with Roku and DVD and the master bath has a large walk in shower. A charming silo across the driveway houses the washer and dryer. Sprint and AT&T cell service is available with Wi-Fi calling. Amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans throughout, central air and heat, firewood, iron and ironing board and all bed and bath linens are supplied. An air mattress is available if needed. Children and your well behaved pet are welcome.
